Great staff they were all very friendly and helpful, they were actually the only store that greeted us as we walked in and with a smile.

I changed my shoes twice and got the one which was 100% fit for my feet, and they helped me with good patience.

Finding the New Balance Factory store- is the first bottom of the outlet and go all the way down. You will see the Disney or Crocs Store.
The store is very clean. You can find a lot of classic style on sale. Examples are the 993 or 990 V4 in different colorway.
The store employees are very friendly. If you can’t find your size they will try to help you find the shoes online or different store.

They have beautiful shoes there. It's hard to find New balance in some areas that fits for your foot. They had exactly what I wanted. I am a happy customer 😊

Very happy with this store! I suffer from plantar fasciitis and need someone who can recommend the right shoes. The manager here (I think it was) is really good and really knows his shoes. They were very nice, helpful and pointed.me.toward a few choices that would fit my needs. It's 3.weeks later as I write this review. I still really like the shoes he sold me. I'll be back the next time I need shoes. Thank you for the help!

Clean and organized store. They have a decent clearance section in the back where I found a pair of 327s for a great price!

Large number of stores to choose from. Lots of parking. Between stores there is a covered walkway with couches and tables to chill if you need a break. Small food court, but a few food stores outside the food court.
