Much different layout than I’m used to, for Home Depot…and I like it! Easy to navigate. Plenty of help offered. Simple check out procedures. Can’t ask for much more than that now can you?!

Clean, “order pick” up is right inside the door to the left where returns are. Plants to the left (smaller variety) great deals on lawn mowers currently.

Sharon and Lucy in garden are superior. Best customer service I’ve ever received at any Home Depot. They are kind and go above and beyond. Wish all Home Depot’s had employees like them!

Super excellent experience with the top paint guy.

I brought a plastic part for an equipment. He matched the paint with his special computer scan.

The paint was made in an 8oz bottle. Took it home, painted the parts and whalaaaa - perfect match.

The staff at this location were very friendly and courteous. I also observed other staff being very helpful and knowledgeable. The store was clean and well stocked. This location has restrooms tucked in the back, where several customers were confused because the signs are poorly placed. This did not hinder my visit, but management could place the signs a little more strategic. The cashier was extremely friendly and made the experience conversational and not transactional. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing any home improvement items and more!

Willi is very helpful, def an all-star level associate…. Find him at the pro desk or return counter. He Will help you with whatever you need.

This location is always very patient as I'm usually getting there not to too long before closing and running through the store like a nut. Black Friday sale this year has been better than the past it seems. Update 2/9/2022- make sure you look outside when they tell you that they don't have what you need but the app says they do.

I have shopped for over 50 years at Home Depot and every time I get asked can I help you each and every time. I have never had anyone actually help me. Normally I say what I need and they look at me dumbfounded. Pretty irritating since that says to me "I am just here to make you think I can help you and that we offer service...but I don't know where anything is in this store. For the very first time- I actually got someone who really helped me! Her name is Mimi at 9170 E. Talking Stick Way. She is worth every penny you are paying her and more. The one and only.....Rare Gem in the middle of mediocrity.

Did get the equipment I need, but it's a great place to shop for just about anything

I had the BEST EXPERIENCE at this Home Depot on Talking Stick Way! Maybe they knew I needed help but I JUST FIXED MY BATHTUB FAUCET BECAUSE OF LARRY! Thank you LARRY! He even showed me how to do it!!! Now I’m a PLUMBER…who knew???! And I haven’t even been to the Garden Center..❤❤❤❤
First of all Sharon took the time to help me pick out a tomato plant! I will definitely bring her a tomato….but there’s more.. Johnny in the nursery explained how to build a cedar plank garden. After my great accomplishment as a Plumber I am now going to try Carpentry because of Johnny. Thanks Sharon and Johnny. Finally Katie was nice at the checkout!!

This is not the closest Home Depot to my house but it's the Home Depot that I usually shop at. My experiences have been this is the best run store in the area. I always get excellent service for the sales staff here. Marc in their plumbing department recently assisted me with finding a replacement for a broken sink that a plumber told me was discontinued. He helped me save time and get the same sink that turned out to be not discontinued and still in production. Thank you to the management of this store for doing an excellent job of hiring and training good people.

This store has the best customer service!!! The return department was fast and efficient and gave me cash back. John in hardware helped me make hooks for my outdoor sign. Joe recommended a pantry solution. Jeni helped with the doors and Katie helped with self check out. All actually walked with me to show me products and solutions, not just point or tell me the aisle number. The paint department is also very helpful, the other day, they tracked down the Behr representative so I could ask about the best paint for my kitchen cabinets. Refreshing!!!

Our commercial business is very appreciative of Mike in the Order P/U and Customer Service division. I've had issues with others at the counter but he has taken care of every minor issue we've had! He pairs well with management and gets a resolution solved quickly! We are staying with this location because they have done well for us so far! Thanks Mike!

Rob at the Pro Desk is awesome. We have worked with him a few times. First time he called a company and emailed them for us, he didn't get a response and reached out to them again without us asking. Second time he helped us with a rather large order. Called us with updates any time he got them.
He always has a great attitude and his customer service is above and beyond. Happy to know he's there to help if we need anything.

Good customer service and a variety of products and goods/ services

Steve in plumbing was super helpful, walking me from one section to another to find a lost of items my husband sent me on a mission to buy.
