Love this store. Great deals, good merchandise of quality, their own brands are great and the coupons I regularly get are fabulous. Kohl's is my favorite department store for clothes, shoes, jewelry, bras, etc. Stuff I wouldn't buy at Walmart. I like that it also has the Amazon return kiosk. So convenient.

I had items to return and was treated respectfully. Evangeline made sure my checkout experience with my new items went smoothly.

This kKohl's is very clean and well kept. I usually go there more so to return my Amazon orders but I always leave with a great deal. Especially since they usually give you a coupon after you return your Amazon product. Their credit card and reward programs are awesome! They always send you Kohl bucks and coupons through out the year and special deals for your birthday!

I like this Kohls more than the one in Lakeland. I happen to be in Brandon, so we went to this one and I really liked it. I didn’t even know that Kohl’s is now selling Vera Bradley! They don’t have a huge selection yet but I did like what they had.

When I went to the pick-up line it was very long and I was thinking I don't feel like standing an hour in line. But after 5 minutes in the line a guy came down with a scanner and scanned my email. He had my purchase in my hand in a matter of minutes and I'm back on the road. Fantastic service

So Much to See and Do. Store Was Immaculate. Emoyees were Helpful in Locating Products. And Informative . We were Greeted at the Register by a Wonderful Cashier named Robbyn. She made the Process of Our Purchases Quick and Easy. Ms. Robbyn was a Delight.

I have been here several times, usually in the evening. I can’t think of a single issue I have ever had. The store is always clean, organized, and the associates are always nice and helpful. I stopped shopping at my previous kohls because it was never a pleasant experience but these guys are doing awesome!

Got some Ray Bans that had a minor manufacturing defect. I’m here on vacation and sourcing a replacement was critical. Brooke took the time to look up inventory and manually search. Recruited a manager Andrew to help. They found a replacement for the win! It’s hard to get good help these days. Kohls has some great hires and I recommend them. Buying what you need is easy. Dealing with issues is another matter. I try to buy from places with good CX.

The Sephora employees/team members are incredibly helpful & provide excellent customer service. I have an autoimmune disease and it has caused my face to become pale. As a result, I have been trying to find a foundation or tinted moisturizer that's safe for me to use and will provide me with some color so I don't look sick all the time. The team member, Jessica, helped me test multiple products to determine a good color for my skin, and provided me with some samples to try over the next few days. I am incredibly grateful for her assistance and patience.

I have no complaints about this store...great deals and quick checkout..even when there is a line!
