AT&T Store

We worked with Angie and she was training Yecinia! They were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We went to the other store on Bloomingdale, and they were not knowledgeable compared to this store. I really appreciated all the help I got at this store. If I ever need anything I will only go to this store from now on. It took a while, but that’s the nature of the beast here.

I went in to this location and Joseph helped me out! His knowledge about the service I need was truly amazing. He help me set up my new phone corrected the issue that I was having installed my screen protector and case. This was truly great customer service at its finest. Thank you Joseph job well done.

I recommend this AT&T location to everyone! I worked with Angelica. She was SO knowledgeable and very patient. David was also very friendly and made me feel welcome. If I have any questions or needs, I will request to work with Angelica !

I had an issue with my identity verification and the salesman (whose name I believe was javi)?? was so nice and went out of his way not to make me not feel embarrassed,he took his time with me, answered questions, and he got my problem resolved. He is probably the only person I will go back to at AT&T he went Above and beyond ..probably the best person in cellular sales that I've ever dealt with!!

Please be so kind as to make sure he was the person who had helped me.. it's important people get credit for doing an excellent job

Phone completely crashed. Spent over an hour in the store. Alan spent almost 2hrs helping me recover my information. He was very patient, professional and honest every step of the way. Great work! Couldn't ask for a better day retrieving my info.

Robert the assistant store manager was extremely helpful and pleasant to communicate with upon entering the store he greeted me very politely,I also spoke with Alan and Maria and they were very knowledgeable and helpful enough for me to purchase a new IPhone 14 pro max. Highly recommended this location because of them.

Angie took care of us when I needed to add a new line and she was awesome! So personable and knew exactly what she was doing. Maria, the manager also came up to us and was lovely. Great experience at this AT&T.

Jasmine was phenomenal! She was personal and sooo friendly. I rarely write reviews but I can't remember the last time I had such a positive experience as I did when coming into the AT&T store here in Brandon. At store located on Causeway Manager Joseph helped me very quickly and efficiently and was very patient service five star.

Walked in for tech support and made an appt. Maria asked my what my problem was and explained my issue. In less than 5 minutes she solved my problem all while helping several other customers, she gets 10 stars from me.

Angie and Maria are best person and I have a great experience in this store and great workers. Come over and meet them!! They will help you out!!
