Ava rocks she was very helpful and very friendly. She helped out me and my son for what we needed while we were on our trip from Chicago definitely deserves a raise you can tell she really loves her job.

I made a mistake on my order and immediately called the customer service line to fix it with no luck… so I went to the store I was meant to pick it up at. Jazz came up with a quick solution so I was still able to switch out the mistakenly purchased console for the new one without having yo wait for the hold. Money is tight right now for me despite budgeting for this so Jazz’s quick thinking literally saved Christmas for me!

I have nothing but good to say after today. Jaz is a compassionate, caring human. I appreciate them so very, very much! Thank you for fixing my issue, for helping make my little ones smile, and for being so incredibly kind. We got this, Jaz. we got this!

I took my son to get a new video game and it’s was like walking back in time to my childhood! Staff was very helpful and courteous!

I have bought a few games from this location including headset and XSX. Staff is always very knowledgeable and willing to assist you in finding what your looking for or making your mind up between two products.

This GameStop has always been my favorite. The experience I had there this recent Saturday was just so magical as I got to see my kids light up with wonder that I remember having as a kid there.
Then the employee who handed my daughter a Pokémon card, that really made her day. It was a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to bring my kids there more! I hope they grow up to be a gamer like me. Also, someone give that employee a raise! I feel bad I never got her name.

I stop by here almost every other day just to check out the new stuff and awesome sales they always have. Also the manager is perfect, she can literally help with pretty much any gamer question period, and the other employees are pretty awesome too.

Absolutely great experience.

Bought a XBoneX online. Arrived retarded. Disc drive busted, wouldn't recognize our 4k tv. Constantly asking for passwords.

Brought it to this game stop, and Jasmine was unbelievably helpful and amazing.

She tested all the games we had, set up the replacement unit and we couldn't ask for such great friendly service. She immediately noticed the unit we bought originally was damaged.

You can tell she loves what she does and games. Super amazing experience. The replacement unit is night and day better. Thank you, Jasmine. You restored our faith in GS and Xbox. 👍 🎮 💕

Extremely nice staff named Travis. He helped me find the 3ds I was looking for. The were lots of other nostalgic items here. A lot better than other gamestops I have been too.

I absolutely LOVE this particular gamestop I had took my son who is autistic to get the new fallout but some dumb customer said something that upset him well one of the employees at the register was not only extremely patient with my son but seen how upset he was & handed him one of the fallout masks & made his whole day! The store is ALWAYS super clean & the employees are very intelligent when it comes to deals and which games to get! Best gamestop EVER!

Spoke to Charlie today and nothing can be said but outstanding, outstanding, Outstanding!!! This is the reason, besides being an All-time Gamer, that we come Specifically to this Causeway Brandon store. I forgot it was black Friday, and I ran in to look at the Funko pops. The place was slammed. But the three gentlemen behind the counter were calm, polite, and cheerful. I got a couple of really good deals and overall, despite the crowd, was a positive experience.

Staff was friendly and I was able to find what I was looking for.
