Who doesn’t love Costco. Location is very clean and looks like they were starting to transition into fall decor, Halloween and Christmas. The self checkout is also A LOT better now that they’re checking membership cards so I do appreciate that. Also ended trip with hot dog and pizza cause Costco!

Tons and tons of products. Things are always changing so you need to visit often to see what's new. Be prepared to spend! Buying in bulk is a great savings but adds up fast.

Great prices if you can handle buying in bulk. Kirkland brand is excellent quality. They keep the checkout lines well manned. And you just can't beat the $1.50 hot dog combo!

I bought my hearing aids from Costco of Brandon. They were very helpful and I had a great experience. The prices were very reasonable compared to a dedicated hearing specialist. That was about 8 years ago. The hearing aids are still functioning. I have brought my hearing aids in several times for adjustments and cleaning. The other day one of my hearing aids stopped working so I took it in. They fixed it while I waited and I was also able to do some shopping. After 8 years, they are no longer under warranty but Costco still provides great customer service.I am now scheduled for an appointment to get another set of hearing aids this month and would not dream of going anywhere else! Good customer service is very tough to find nowadays. Great customer service even more so!

Prices are good but you have to be informed.
I like that they are moving toward no gmo products. No bio engineered ingredients. And no hormones / antibiotics. This means a great deal to me

While putting my items into my car a young gentleman named James who was gathering carts helped me put my items into my car and took my cart so I didn't have to walk it back. He was so pleasant!

Costco is a warehouse wholesale club that boasts of excellent customer service. Despite the long lines on weekends, the staff works efficiently to keep them moving quickly. I appreciate how everything I need is always in stock, making shopping here a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend Costco to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused shopping experience.

Well if you know what you're getting it's one of the better places to get it right LOL they do have a great coffee selection and the prices are as good as you're going to get in Florida these days.

I recently visited the Brandon Costco and was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the products was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. Additionally, the restroom was very clean. Overall, a great shopping experience!

Inflation suckz but Costco makes it slightly better. Regular & Midgrade gasoline is less expensive than every other place. The line to get gas is way better than any Sam’s club that for sure. (Parking lot layout).
Selections of food are better since the pandemic is over. The cell phone sales people need to stop being so pushy and take no for an answer. Sometimes I feel they wanna box.
Sometimes Costco is super busy & sometimes it’s okay. Today was extremely busy. My pizza made it all better.

An order of magnitude of difference! I recently returned to a chain tire company near my home for tire service, while there I found customers under served, not communicated to and my own negative experience.

One of those experiences was that the next day while washing my car, I discovered that one of my tires was separating. I decided to not return to this tire shop and instead bought tires from Costco which was my first inclination what I bought the set being removed.

The online shopping experience was very easy, the appointment setting process was very easy, the pricing was better, install costs cheaper and the road hazard protection was included and last a whopping 5 years.

The day of my appointment was very pleasant, the customers were in good spirits, communication was outstanding not with just me but every customer in my area. When I asked to keep one of the tires they were more than happy to oblige me and later when I got home I discovered that they wrapped the tire in a plastic bag to protect the trunk, yes a simple but pleasant surprise.

Icing on the cake was discovering that my location had not one but two tire filling pedestals that pumped the same nitrogen that they fill your tires with. How many auto tire/service shops have a tire filling pedestal let alone two or ones that provide nitrogen, none in my experience.

I am a new member, in fact only joined 2 months ago but in that short time and especially for the service and value I received today; I will be a member for the remainder of my life. Thank you to the techs that served me today and helped me get my family sedan ready for a family road trip. Thank you Costco for all the hidden extra value things that you make available to us.

The tubs of Costco chili are the best chili I think I've ever had. If I could give it a rating between 1-10, I would say 15 might be a bit too low. Can you tell -I REALLY, REALLY like it .
