Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery

Brought my husband for his birthday, 🥳 we enjoyed it so much! Our kids were happy with the kids menu! Food and drinks were great 👍🏻 Costumer serves is a plus! Kids friendly! And clean environment! Definitely will come back!

We sat in the bar and didn't have to wait at all. Food was good, TVs were on with some sports to watch and the service was fast. I always forget to take pics of the food - I had the Cilantro Ranch Chop salad with chicken...and there was a good amount of chicken - it was great. My wife and daughter shared the Southwest Chicken Sandwich and they both liked it.

Yum! Had the chicken fried chicken and a strawberry margarita. Hubby had fish tacos. We were very happy with the food and our server was great - attentive and friendly. Everyone at our table finished their entire meals so it must have been good. 😁

One of the best Burgers I’ve ever had, in my life, not kidding. I don’t see it on the online menu. It had a sunny side up egg, a breakfast burger type a deal. At first I saw the bun and was oh no, big bun means less meat.. wrong! This patty was wicked, lots of beef. The bun was the perfect size for the amount of meat and all the other fixings. I’m not one to take pictures of food, but maybe I should have. It was very very good! Will go back and get this any time I’m in the area, I just hope this burger isn’t a limited time special. That being said, with the craft of this burger, I could only imagine their other burgers are incredible as well!

The service was great! Our server said that she was a very new server but we wouldn't have known. She was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and attentive. I was torn between two dishes and the one she recommended, a southwest chicken sandwich, was very delicious. My husband ordered the twisted chicken tenders and those were delicious and the breading is seasoned well.

Trevor was fantastic, the experience was much better than when I had been pre covid. The recent menu updates include some fresh food options.

The menu is smaller than expected and includes about 30% fresh food options like salads and bowls, with the majority bar food. The kids menu offers good variety at reasonable prices.

During peak times staffing can run short and service and kitchen responsiveness slows. The bar is great if you like beer and a casual slow meal. Families will do better to sit on the dining room side.

The best food and service we have had in a very long time! The steak was cooked perfectly and served on the mashed potatoes so all the yummy dripping soaked up and oooooo so so good! The chicken strips were not burned and my kids loved it! Thanks Rock Bottom keep it up...we'll be back!

The food was absolutely perfect. The steak was cooked to perfection. Presentation was on point. The server had excellent timing. I will definitely come back again.

Not the same old chain restaurant type of food choices. Menu is fresh, while incorporating good traditional pub type fare. Excellent salad choices. The steak with blue cheese and balsamic vinegarette really surprised me. Great choice of local brews. Convienent to the theatre for a night out.
They do get busy with large parties, because it's a great place to meet friends after work.
Wait staff was slightly overwhelmed the evening we were there because of several large groups, but their team approached saved the day, and took care of us nicely.
Don't miss the massive slab of carrot cake it was delicious!

I came in to get a beer and enjoy a restaurant that brews beer themselves. By chance, I met the brewer. He was great guy who I spoke with for some time about his craft, he loves it. This was the closest place I could find to a place I frequented back home in Baltimore, MD that does the same thing, Red Brick Station in Whitemarsh. Keep it up y’all!! Great place!!

Then the Manager came by, visiting, laughing, and joking with my husband, and delighted him with a great dessert surprise!! Y'all just topped off our wonderful experiences with more fun. Loved it. Great beers including my porters and stouts. Food was excellent with a very good selection of various foods for everyone. Trish had the bar area where we ate to herself and was quite busy but did an excellent job with a pretty smile and personality.

I have always received exemplary customer service, but our waiter tonight was particularly great. Quentin paid attention to our table without hovering or rushing us. He was accommodating, kind, and down right hilarious; the perfect waiter. To top it off, our order was correct and came out quickly.

I can't wait for our next date night at Rock Bottom!

Have been dining at the Rock Bottom location in Loveland over the years, mostly for lunch.

There used to be a Hickory Bacon Burger that went away from the menu several years back, given that it was my favorite burger I try to recreate it everytime that I go to Rock Bottom by ordering their Classic Burger without cheese and adding hickory bacon and a side of hickory bbq sauce.

This time around I scanned the menu and found that the current version of the Bacon Cheddar had cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion and BBQ jalapeño ranch. So placed an order for the Bacon Cheddar but without cheese and replacing the BBQ jalapeño ranch with the Hickory BBQ sauce.

The burger came out looking perfect, I have always paired the Hickory BBQ burger with the equivalent of a Hefeweizen beer, so this time around I ended up ordering a short pint of the house Hef, turned out to be the Liquid Sun (Belgian Beer).

As I took a bite of the juicy and perfectly cooked burger, I noticed that the BBQ sauce had a slight kick to it more than what I remember from the standard Hickory BBQ sauce, as I proceeded to take another bite I realized that it was the BBQ jalapeño sauce instead of the Hickory BBQ sauce.

That little kick was addictive and the combination of the perfect burger patty, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce and tomato and red onions plus the BBQ jalapeño sauce raised the burger to whole new level, it paired perfectly with the citrus flavor of the Liquid Sun.

As always the french fries were seasoned and cooked to perfection, ate 3/4 of the fries without using ketchup, that is an indication of the great quality of the fries as well.

What a revelation, found another great fav to carry me for a while, super happy =D. Makes the burger runs from Fort Collins to Loveland that much more worthwhile.

I picked this place so my parents and my family could meet up with my uncle that we had not seen in about 30 years who is out to Colorado from Ohio. It was amazing. Absolutely everyone was impeccable with service, kindness and understanding. We were able to stay and visit for as long as we wanted. The food was outstanding as well.
This place not only met but exceeded all of our expectations. I am so extremely grateful for the entire staff accommodated our table.

Super cool bar with unique menu items and delicious beers. Recommend the Funkin Pumpkin. Fast, friendly service by Niquel. Great place to watch footbal and fabulous vibe. Highly recommend.
