Great staff! Breakfast was a blast w Pearl! Front desk welcoming, and helpful. Services work great and are new. I've stayed here in the past and will continue. Seem to be pretty stingy since my last visit, regardless of status.

This hotel has been the nicest I've stayed at in Temple. Quality rooms, cleaned very well, beds are great, staff is excellent. This is worth every cent.

Went through a bad storm and tornado here in the area. Thankfully they had a room available. Most hotels were booked. They were a lifesaver. Excellent room, serviand hospitality. 5 ⭐'s rating plus 👍👍

Love this hotel! It is my first choice anytime I travel to Temple. The beds are super comfortable (which is high priority for me!), and the rooms are high tech, especially the tvs and the living room area fan/light that has a remote control. The hotel is always clean and quiet, too. I have not tried the restaurant so I can’t say anything about the food. On my last stay the bathtub didn’t drain well when I was taking a shower, so I called the front desk and maintenance had it fixed by the end of the same day! Lots of food and a grocery store close by as well, which is nice.

Stood here because it was near the hospital my nephew had his procedure at. Beautiful place, they have breakfast. You can pick from buffet or small menu. Delicious either way. The room was very clean and welcoming. Nice storage to put your clothes even has shampoo, conditioner and shower gel on the wall in shower. Awsome stay I'd stay there again.

Loved my stay here. I had to visit for medical cases for school. Rooms, lobby, bar area was so nice and so clean. My favorite part was the fact that the employees at the desk were super kind and helpful. Pearl our waitress for the breakfast buffet was the star of the show. She is so approachable and very good at her job. She talked and mingled with tables and was such a nice presence for the start of my day. I had to come back to the temple area and stay across the street but I made sure to have my breakfast at the hilton. So grateful to have met such wonderful people. Thank you hilton!

We stayed the weekend of 10/27/2023 , liked the hotel very well. Nice location, can walk to several food spots very quickly. Rooms were on par with other Hiltons and the staff was friendly. No complaints from me.

Another Amazing and Incredible stay at this Wonderful Hotel. We stayed from 06/23/2023 to 07/07/2023 and I can only say Great things about this Hotel. You are made to feel like you are Family and your room is your home. The Front desk staff are the best. They do a perfect job in taking care of all your needs.
And the entire Hotel staff are all very friendly and they greet you with a warm smile everyday. Even the maintenance staff were very helpful to us.

I recommend this Hotel to anyone who comes to Temple. The rooms are super clean and Fresh. And we got the best nights rest you can imagine.

So thank you to all the staff who made our stay really feel like we were at Home.

Exemplary accommodations and service. We stayed in a mobility accessible room, and it worked perfectly. One thing to note, we did bring our own bath chair so that helped.

We used the grand ballroom at this location for a reception for our daughter’s wedding. Abby and Ashley helped with all the details and did an amazing job! They were so easy to work with and their staff was first rate! The service and the food was top notch!

Everything was clean and inviting.
However, the room temperature at 60 degrees was tooo cold. We guessed that it was not working properly.

Also we were disappointed that you had no free complimentary hot breakfast so we ate at Rosa’s. It cost less and we didn’t want all you can eat.

We stayed at the Hilton in Houston which was much better in those regards while my husband was at MD Anderson.

5 STAR Review!!! Hilton Garden Inn made my son’s Wedding Weekend the very best. When I arrived, I was greeted by San Juana who knew who I was and the 12+ Rooms we had all reserved all on the same top floor as I requested. She was a total professional and greeted me with exceptional customer service, care, and concern in checking me in as rooms were becoming available as my family parties arrived. Abby (special events manager) who I had spoken by phone allowed us to place our rehearsal cake and cookies in the restaurant refrigerator while we decorated the venue for the rehearsal dinner. Austin who continued to check in more of my family as they arrived was flawless and extremely professional and caring, all with a smile. Linda (restaurant manager) who was so caring and concerned and went beyond the call, assisted my sister-in-law with repairing our rehearsal dinner cake where the decorative roses had fallen off the side a 6 layered round cake. All in a team effort, San Juana, Austin, and Linda made our entire wedding weekend stay made my family feel welcomed, cared for, and made our hotel stay as we were the only guests staying there. I have not felt that special as a VIP in sometime. The hotel staff was Exceptional and deserve Recognition and Accolades for a job very well done. Thank you so much for making my son’s wedding weekend accommodations for our large family a complete success. My family came as guests, but we left as friends. Nice rooms with easy walk to nearby Restaurants and Healthcare. Short drive to many others.

Desk staff was great and always welcoming.
The lobby is open with a high ceiling and convient bar and dining area on one side.

There is a gazebo outside with a lighted patio.

The hotel was busy but rooms were very quiet.

There is a slope to some of the parking lot that could be challenging to some but designated parking is flat and available near the building.

Definitely would stay at this hotel again.

I attended a small business event at this location. Therefore, I am unable to rate the rooms. The conference room that the event was held in was of a descent size and not crowded. Staff were friendly, and the facility was clean. We were able to enjoy breakfast that consisted of fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, white gravy, and muffins. If I had to spend the night at a hotel, Hilton Garden Inn would be at the top of the list.

We are a small business that needed a place to host our meetings. The Ava room was perfect for our needs! It was a quite & private. Staff was amazing! Affordable as well!

Stayed here over a business weekend. They have a bar and restaurant in the lobby area that was small and nice. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner options that are affordable and tasted great. Rooms are really nice and affordable. Right near Baylor Scott and White hospital and has lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance.

Well maintained place and great property. The staff is amazing! And welcomed us and our entire party with true hospitality! Big shout out to Pearl, Alma, Austin, Trey, and the entire front desk and F/B staff for the great service! (Sorry to everyone we forgot names of.) We are in the business and know how hard your job is, and keeping a smile is everything. We will be back! Cheers.

Great stay! Travel frequently for work staying in the 3.5-4.5 star range, depends on location, and this hotel is still top of my list. Modern, clean, comfortable, compact but full of services. Restaurant grade food, beyond bar food, nicest staff, 6 seater bar stocked with mid to top shelf options if you choose, cozy yet sleek. Love staying here when holding an annual group event. The Holiday decor is just lovely. Keep it up!
