I had the BEST experience at the AT&T store (3302 University Ave). I worked with DANNY and he was truly fantastic. He was kind, friendly, professional, VERY knowledgeable, and appreciated his advice. He provided pro and cons for each product with regards to what I use my current iPhone for. He asked me questions and provided amazing recommendations- it showed he truly cared and wanted the best product in the store for me and my usage of it. AT&T, you have the BEST in Danny. I look forward to visiting the store (and Danny) again with any of my AT&T questions and concerns. Thank you DANNY (I will bring in Rocky next time as well). Extremely knowledgeable staff all around compared with other local locations... but we appreciated Nolan especially, as he was able to give us the best deal on our family plan.

Excellent service. My family and I went and received excellent service from Keagan. We were helped right away. We had gone to another store and didn't receive help after being in store 15 minutes. These guys are very focused on the costomer.

We had an issue with a faulty iPhone that was received as a Xmas gift. When we took the phone into this store we were immediately helped by Nolan. He was knowledgeable, and spend quite a lot of time working to solve the issue for us. If you’re in Madison and need to go to an AT&T Store, go here and see Nolan.

The AT&T store on University Avenue gives the best customer service. They resolve my issue quickly and they were very attentive to my needs and the whole experience was fair enjoyable.

Estelle and I required information regarding our AT&T service. We were called to Danny's desk within 2-3 minutes of entering the store. The problem was solved quickly and confirmed in writing on Danny's internet device. It was so very easy and pleasantly done. Smiles prevailed on all three of us (Estelle, Danny, and me.

During my visit to your store, I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex, one of your sales representatives. I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding customer service that Alex provided to me.
Alex was friendly, approachable, incredibly knowledgeable, and professional regarding all of AT&T's phones and services. He took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and provided helpful guidance and recommendations on how to trade in my current phone for the new S23 Ultra.
As someone still catching up with modern technology, I truly appreciated Alex's patience and willingness to answer all my primary or complex questions. His feedback was invaluable and helped me understand better what I needed to know.

I went in to shift my connection to my loaner phone while my original iPhone got repaired. Josh, the representative, was very warm and friendly and helped me through all the steps, which wasn’t easy in my case! And it didn’t stop at this. He was also able to find a case to protect my phone from one of the many spares he had. What an awesome experience! Ton of thanks to Josh!

Good customer service comes with an attitude of employee of any organization. I believe that employees like Mr. Nolan is unique. His product knowledge, acting skills, ability to read customers, understanding the needs, patience, attentiveness, persuasive communication and the empathy are extraordinary. I did not come across such a goal-oriented person with multi talented personality in my life. Happy to do business with people like Mr. Nolan.

Alex was extremely helpful with a difficult situation involving a friend with dementia who was unable to use the phone he had just purchased recently. Alex helped him to get a less complicated phone that will hopefully be easier for him to use. Thanks Alex for treating him with respect and addressing his concerns!

I recently had to replace my phone after falling into the river with it. Stopped in to the university location and was helped by Josh. Incredibly professional and nice. Josh helped me to get a new phone that I wanted, a protective case and was out of there in under an hour. Thank you Josh! I will be returning.

So to preface, I had less than stellar experiences at other AT&T stores, but I blown away by how friendly the service and support was at this AT&T store on University Ave.

I was there for a friend who had a sim-card issue, and Romello welcomed us in- and was immediately very friendly and felt very approachable.

He was patient, and understanding, not rushy, when trying to authenticate us and was able to quickly offer alternatives when we experienced trouble.

My friend was able to quickly get her sim-card issue fixed, (AT&T please upgrade your service in the Madison area!).

She was also interested in an upgrade and Romello was able to quickly walk us through the process, he was extremely knowledgeable and was aware of all the details, things like the NextUp fee, the insurance plan etc.

My friend was initially skeptical that AT&T would offer such a good deal (1000 off, for a new iPhone 14 pro) and Romello was very patient and understanding, and showed us all of the receipts and was able to relate to our problems and concerns as College Students and financials, and we felt very reassured.

After she got her new phone, Romello also walked us through the trade-in process and transferring the data from the old phone, and was also very knowledgeable about this process as well.

While we were transferring our data, he went to help another customer, something that I wanted to highlight was the entire atmosphere in the store was very friendly. I think Romello was the manager and his employees seemed very comfortable with asking him questions and Romello was very attentive in making sure the entire store was ran very well.

It totally shattered the illusion that AT&T stores are there solely to “sell sell sell”.

While, Romello was helping another customers and on his lunch break, Josh came and helped us a little with the transfer process. He had a great conversation with my friend, they both had friends in Eagle River Wisco!

My friend also needed a new screen protector and Josh was able to walk her through the cost, and even helped her install it. It was very amazing to see how skilled he was, taking out the air bubbles.

He handed us our receipts, and we were out. The process was very quick, less than an hour, my friend enjoyed them so much, she even wanted me to have an issue so she could go back!

I extremely enjoyed the experience and my friend did as well. Thanks for the help Romello and Josh, will definitively recommend this store to others!

Had a conversation with Timmy Brown (Integrated Solutions Consultant / in-house specialist) regarding options for cellphone service + phone packages. I must say, the way in which he was honest, transparent, and open about AT&T's offerings, pros/cons, and how it compares to other services, was SO REFRESHING. Often discussing such things with people from other companies/services can be extremely uncomfortable, as you're constantly feeling pressured to "buy" and the tension from standing your ground while trying to avoid being rude...but because Timmy did not at all take such an approach, my wife and I felt so comfortable and - more importantly - like we could actually trust the information he was giving us. As a result, we actually ended up talking to him much longer than we would've in a similar situation with a person of a similar role...he got to know our needs much better...and we got to know AT&T's offering much better as well. If you find yourself having new internet or phone needs, I would highly recommend asking to speak with Timmy Brown (or someone he vouches for)...you'll get more unbiased information, they'll get to know your needs better, and no matter what, enjoy a friendly conversation while you're at it. I would highly recommend AT&T and other companies to encourage his approach. I had long vowed to never get phone service with big companies like AT&T again...but an interaction like this with Timmy was enough to make me rethink my stance.

Nolan took care of an intricate problem I had updating my account to a new phone and new SIM card. He knew what he could do and what needed to be done and quickly realized he needed to get help from technical services at First Net. Meanwhile he managed several other clients while keeping on top of my problem so I could have a working phone before the store closed. He also had no nonsense solutions and help me keep my bill low while getting a great new phone.
