Blue Fin moved to Mi sushi at fort collins

Best Japanese food in town! Friendly, clean and well priced. I recently ordered the bento box and everything in it was delicious. Their California rolls are the best! This is a family owned business and you can feel the care they put into each dish. I highly recommend it.

Incredible doesn't even begin to describe the food we were presented with, the flavor is phenomenal, the attention to detail is out of this world, and the hospitality James offered us was simply amazing & unforgettable. We dont care how far the drive is from where we are located, this diamond in the ruff is beyond worth it. Thank you for setting the bar so high that we only want to come back to your restaurant for our sushi needs.

This place is soooooo good!! Can't recommend it enough. Great service. Hardly ever a wait, & the sushi is DELICIOUS! I moved to Colorado recently from Los Angeles, so my expectations for sushi are very high. Blue Fin is the only place I've found in northern Colorado that I will recommend to sushi lovers.

10/10. The inside is very nice and cute, and clean. And they know my order by now, lol. Very nice people. I love them. (Picute is not taken inside their building)

Fantastic food and quick service. I came here for lunch and was in and out in about 30 mins. The nigiri and rolls were delicious. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious. I forgot to take pictures because I was too excited to eat. Fantastic service. The owners are gracious, friendly and wonderful to talk with. Love this place!!! Some friends decided to give this place a try (and then decided to go back the next weekend too!). The food is very fresh, large portions and very fair pricing. Everything we tried we loved, practically rolled out of there the first time - obviously we need to work on portion control. My friend loved the bento box, the rolls are super fresh. It's a small family owned place and the owners are super nice and attentive. Try the "Monkey-Brains" (crab stuffed avocado lightly fried)....very tasty!

Blue Fin is truly amazing. They have the best sushi and miso soup that I've ever had and it's always a pleasure to come in, simply because of our favorite shop-owners in town. They are wonderful people with a delightful attitude and environment to match the food! Nobody could be disappointed with this sushi house.

This restaurant is definitely one of the best sushi places I have been to in Northern Colorado. To begin with the server was kind, sweet, and attentive. Some of the best service I have had. The price was right, and the portion size and quality of the fish was top notch. Anyone who wants to experience a good atmosphere with some of the vest sushi should go here. I would give it more stars if I could.

Me and my husband have been to every sushi place in town. We were here and decided to give there lunch a try and I have to tell u. You can not get better tasting sushi anywhere. The fish and grab is so fresh tasting and so high end. And the staff is so friendly. We will density be back.

Ordered Sushi for pickup last night and it was amazing. Rice was fresh, soft, and warm. Quality of the fish was very impressive. Loved the rainbow roll. Blue Fin will be my go to Sushi in Northern Colorado from now on.

The decor and layout are familiar, welcoming with a bar showing the refrigerated fish and a visible kitchen behind the cooks. The staff are courteous and friendly. The fish they served me was simply amazing. The salmon nigiri melted in my mouth, and they have a fun dish called monkey brains which you have to try. This was my first time but they treated me so well that I'll be back soon.

The sushi and service were outstanding

This place has great service and great food. The cook was very courteous and gave us free sake. Price was fair and place was clean. I recommend the yellow tail sashimi with jalapeño. We ordered a second round because it was so delicious. Our waitress was very tentative and our plates were cleared quickly. Drinks were never empty. We will be returning soon! Thanks blue fin!

We have been to this restaurant about 10 times now. Food is always amazing. We ordered the teriyaki chicken and it was delicious! Definitely recommend trying it!

We decided to have sushi take-out for a nice date night during these rough times and thought we'd try Blue Fin. It was truly one of the nicest meals we ever had. Thank you for making our night so lovely with your beautiful sushi.

Excellent experience. Partner and I came in and we were starving and left happy. The chef sent us a bottle of warm sake on the house and our server was incredibly kind and generous. Highly recommended.

FRESH FOOD! Sushi made perfect. Neat, visual presentation on point. Complements to the Chef. Staff is friendly. Compared to other sushi bars this place knows what they are doing.
